After years of living in fear and uncertainty, Susan made the brave decision to leave an abusive relationship and start anew with her four children. For years, they lived in small, crowded apartments where her children had no space to play or be kids. But now, Susan has found a small house to rent—a place where her children can finally have a yard to run around in and experience the simple joys of childhood.

This house represents more than just a roof over their heads; it symbolizes a fresh start and the hope of building a safe and loving home. Susan takes great pride in her new home, but maintaining the lawn is a challenge. Without a lawnmower, she struggles to keep the yard tidy and safe for her children to play in.
