Are you interested in becoming a Referral Partner or nominating an exceptional organization? Fill out the information below on behalf of your organization or recommend an organization for us to consider.

To qualify as a Certified Referral Partner, an organization must:

  • Be a Nonprofit Organization, 501(c)3, Faith Organization, or School.
  • Identify families or individuals in need and be able to share the story of why the recipient has the need.
  • Be able to submit the need via the Lift Up Local website.
  • Receive Amazon orders at the organization's address.
  • Facilitate getting the item(s) to the recipient and share the impact.

Lift Up Local collects funds and places order.

Referral Partner receives, delivers to Recipient.
